VIRTUAL
OFFICE TERMS OF SERVICE |
Monthly
rate for virtual office is based on a per month fee and
is not refundable. Your credit card will be charged on
monthly basis on the 1st of each month. Any fees per
month are not pro-rated if you cancel during the billing
period. The Virtual Office Package includes sixteen
(16) hours of conference room time per month and does
not carry over to the following month. Each additional
hour per month will be charged at the rate of $25.00 per
hour. Access is limited to normal business hours
from 8-5pm Monday-Friday unless you have selected the
24/7 virtual option. We are closed on
Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after
Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is a month to month agreement and
customer may cancel with a 30 day notice.

AUTHORIZATION BY CLIENT |
I hereby authorize Arizona Investors Group, LLC to initiate a monthly charge entry to my credit card
as listed above and to initiate adjustments (if necessary) for any transactions credited/debited in
error. This authority will remain in effect until Arizona Investors Group, LLC is notified by me in writing
at least 30 days prior to the transaction occuring.
Monthly charges will occur the 1st day of each month.
Charges for copies and other services will occur at the
time of consumption or when invoice has been issued for
such services.
