per month. Virtual offices require a 6

aspect about having a virtual office is projecting a
professional image to your clients and vendors. You can
now have a commercial address location for a low monthly
fee. The front lobby has a live receptionist from
8am-5pm Monday through Friday.

Conference Rooms
We have 3 conference rooms available to use during
normal business hours. You can reserve conference rooms
for use anytime from Monday through Friday from 8am through 5pm.
Conference rooms include wireless internet access, use of plasma
tv and whiteboards for presentations. Our online reservation platform allows you to quickly check and
reserve rooms as necessary.

3. Mail
Handling
No need to use a PMB with our service. We offer
you an actual commercial address that you can use. We will sort
your USPS mail and provide you 24/7 access to pickup your mail
at our mail room.

4. Fax service
We offer a free virtual fax account with this service.
You can choose a local number or remote number . You will be able to receive faxes to your email and
also send right from your email as well.
We also offer
free outbound faxing via our high speed copier/fax at Heritage
Court.
Additional Services
License/Sign (Additional $25 Per Month)
For an additional monthly fee, you can post your
business license in the front lobby as well as put up a vinyl sign at the main
entrance.
Copies (Per page fee)
Copies are also available at 5 cents for black and white and 20
cents for color copies.
Fax Service (Included)
Free virtual fax account for sending and receiving
unlimited faxes from your PC. Get your own dedicated fax
number. Also, free use of our high speed fax.
